Former home of the Wessex recording studios, Some artists & groups who recorded there were Queen, Sex Pistols, The Pretenders, The Clash, The Damned, Public image Ltd, the Moody Blues, King Crimson, Pete Townsend & Talk Talk. It was converted in 2003 into a residential block.
